- Smoking is prohibited indoors; guests may be evicted if complaints arise. - Cooking foods with strong odors (e.g., grilling fish or pork belly) is not permitted. - Do not use the kitchen washing machine while the induction cooktop is in use; simultaneous operation will cause an electrical overload and a power outage. - You may use the washing machine and dryer located on the balcony. - Please note that towels and toiletries are not provided for short-term rentals. - Please contact the host if you require towels or bedding. - Do not touch areas marked "Staff Only."
- All utility costs are included in the service fee. - Additional charges will apply for excessive electricity or water usage. - A 10% discount will be applied to the total service fee for stays of two weeks or longer.
This place is full of the host's thoughtful touches. 👍 Small but necessary items and supplies like coffee, towels, and dish soap are all provided. :-) The interior seems to have been newly renovated, and it's cozy and nice. My parents stayed here and were very satisfied. I'll rebook if I have the chance next time. Thanks to you, we had a great stay.
