Check-in is contactless. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted.

Compensation charges will apply in the event of damage or staining (costs for repair and restoration will be billed based on an interior design company's quote). Please keep the space clean. All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee (electricity, water, internet, TV, heating, and air conditioning). However, a separate cleaning fee of 70,000 KRW is charged after check-out. Parking for one vehicle is available at the rear of the building for an additional fee (15,000 KRW per day / 7 days = 105,000 KRW); advance reservation is required. Occupancy is limited to three people. An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person, per day, applies for any additional guests.
I cleaned it again because it wasn't done well. Although it was inconvenient having to pass the owner's front door since the bathroom is located outside, the interior was clean and comfortable to live in.
