Units with lofts may feel more spacious than the listed net area.
It is a clean, white-toned duplex on the top floor of a 4-story building. From the duplex, you can go out to the veranda and enjoy the sunset. You can see Aewol Port and the blue sea from the window, and Daiso and Hanaro Mart are nearby. It is a quiet house with all appliances, where you can see canola flowers in spring.
It is in front of the Aewol-eup Office and Aewol Port. The parking lot is spacious, so parking is convenient.
Smoking indoors and pets are not allowed.
It is close to the airport and Aewol Beach. It is always kept clean, and is fully equipped with cooking utensils. A large mart (Hanaro) is nearby, making it convenient to cook and eat at home.
Gas, electricity, and heating.
It felt as comfortable as home; the bedding was clean, and the quiet surroundings were lovely. Laundry detergent was running low, so I bought some at Daiso. Upon arrival, I found one broken dehumidifier moved to the utility room. The other dehumidifier worked perfectly when placed next to the laundry. The clothes dried in just a few hours. Although the stairs to the attic room are a bit steep, having air conditioning in the attic, the master bedroom, and the living room made the stay very comfortable. I will definitely stay at this Aewol attic room again next time I visit Jeju Island. Highly recommended!
