If you do not dispose of general waste using a standard garbage bag and separate recyclables at the recycling station upon check-out, an additional cleaning fee of 30,000 won will be charged. A separate fee of 50,000 won will be charged for pets. Only one pet under 5kg is allowed. Please ensure your pet is on a leash and carried when using hallways or common facilities. An additional fee of 30,000 won will be charged for check-out cleaning and bedding sanitization. Please understand that this fee is incurred because we hire a service to thoroughly clean the bathroom toilet and kitchen, including removing hair, after each guest's departure. Items left behind will be stored for one week, and if not claimed, they will be disposed of. Please use the silicone products provided in the room for rice cookers, pots, and frying pans, and avoid using stainless steel items.
