Guests are asked to handle a few simple tasks a few days before checkout: running a small load of laundry (50-minute cycle) and tidying up the kitchen and bathroom. These are easy tasks—very little effort required. I will provide instructions.😄 🅱️Minimum 3-week stay (21 nights to 3 months). 40,000 KRW per night (based on 2 guests). ➡️Please choose one of these two options and let me know **right away** when making your initial inquiry so I can proceed with the next steps!! ♥️Booking 2–3 months in advance ensures you can check in on your desired date. Last-minute inquiries may make it difficult to accommodate your preferred schedule. 🔷👍Accommodates 3 guests: King-size bed (for 2) + extra mattress for comfortable sleeping in the living area + plenty of bedding + sofa. ✅ Clean and safe; cooking, laundry, and drying are all possible inside the unit. ✅ Tap water certified by the Incheon Western Waterworks Office (undergoes 8+ stages of purification) 💧 Safe to drink: I’ve tried the sink water myself—no issues at all 🙂 No need to buy bottled water; an electric kettle is provided. Regular water quality tests are conducted 1–2 times a year. 🛜 High-speed internet available. Perfect environment for working from home!! ✅ All home appliances and cooking utensils are brand new and ready to use. Everything is in perfect working order. Includes a modern air conditioner, fan, and drying rack. ✅ A 2-minute walk from Incheon Seo-gu Office Station. Close to the commercial district, amenities, various restaurants, and government offices. ⚠️⛽️ Charges for hot water and heating will be deducted from the security deposit after verifying the city gas bill, which is received 30 days after check-out: Costs range from 10,000 to 20,000 KRW per week depending on usage (costs approach zero with minimal hot water and heating use). 🧊 Electricity charges based on usage will be billed if the air conditioner is used.

The house is so nice. The room is spacious and clean, and everything is provided, so you only need to bring yourself. You only need to bring toiletries like shampoo and a toothbrush. All cooking utensils are provided, and there are both thin and thick blankets. There's a washing machine, drying rack, and towels. Most importantly, the host is so kind. They kindly guide you, even sending videos on how to dispose of trash and turn on the boiler (hot water)! There's a convenience store just a stone's throw away. A short walk will take you to Daiso and a supermarket. I highly, highly recommend it. I lived alone, but it would be great for two or more people. There's also a temporary bed in the living room. If you're a hospital intern, definitely come here instead of a motel.
