A fine of 200,000 KRW and the cost of the next guest's stay will be charged for smoking. → There is a separate smoking area on the small terrace under the stairs. Please enjoy your time in the designated smoking area 😊 🍀 Pets are not allowed. 🍀 Please wash any dishes you have used before checking out. Also, please separate general waste, recyclables, and food waste. → A separate recycling bin is provided. 🍀 For security and safety, CCTV is installed outside. 🍀 Within a 30-second walk, you will find many convenient facilities such as a CU convenience store, Homeplus Express, laundromat, pharmacy, hospital, unmanned cafe, gym, 24-hour unmanned mart, library, and snack bar. 😊 🍀 The accommodation is in front of a uniform apartment complex, with streetlights always on. There are no harmful commercial areas around the accommodation ❌, and large CCTV cameras are operating 24 hours a day near the elementary school.

I am leaving with great satisfaction from my month-long stay in Seoul. It was clean, and the bed sheets felt comfortable and nice. All amenities were provided, and the owner was very kind. Transportation was also convenient, making it easy to use both buses and subways. Since there is a supermarket, gym, and study cafe right in front of the building, the children were satisfied as well. I intend to stay here again next time. Thank you so much ☺️👍
