Heal your tired day in this cozy resting space :) Our guests are office workers who commute to Gangnam, Seocho, Guro Digital, Yongsan, Seoul Station, etc. It is very quiet, and safety is its greatest advantage. 📞Daily extensions are possible, so please inquire. 👉Food waste, general waste, and separate collection are mandatory. 👉Basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided, but consumables and hygiene products must be prepared separately. 1. The number of guests is limited to a maximum of 2 adults. Children and babies are not allowed. 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are prohibited throughout the building, including the rooftop. 3. Do not cause complaints due to loud noises or inter-floor noise. 4. Do not register your move-in at the business address or on your resident registration. Violation of the above special conditions may result in immediate contract termination without refund, and the deposit will not be returned. If any damages occur as a result, compensation for damages will be claimed from the tenant.

Convenient location, clean house, quiet environment. I had a great stay.
It's close to the station and has good accessibility. Much better than I thought. Parking is first-come, first-served, but there's usually a spot. I was worried about parking, but I've never been unable to park. However, if you double-park in front of the door, you'll get a ticket. Be careful.
The house is really quiet, and I had a comfortable month-long stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a short-term rental!!^^
