All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, if electricity or gas usage is excessive, additional charges will be billed based on the extra consumption.
I really appreciated you offering such a great place at an affordable price when I urgently needed accommodation. The bathroom had good ventilation, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, and the amenities—such as the fridge, washing machine, and hangers—were well-equipped, so I stayed comfortably without any issues. I had a wonderful five-week stay!
