This is the worst place ever. As soon as I moved in, the ceiling leaked heavily, so I had to fill three trash cans with water and empty them. The landlord is completely unreachable. I said I wanted a refund and to move out, but they ignored all my texts and calls. I have truly never encountered a place like this before. I contacted the Samsam M2 customer center, and only then did they reach out and tell me they would make repairs, telling me to find another place to stay for two weeks and come back in afterward—what a ridiculous suggestion. The landlord told me to just put up with it because they couldn't afford to lose money. I really do not recommend this place. There was mold... it was dark and damp even though it was on the first floor... I can't even describe how it was; the eight weeks I stayed there were like hell. I woke up every morning at dawn like a disaster victim, emptying and filling up the water... I couldn't even leave the house for fear the water would overflow. Even in this situation, Samsam M2 says they have to consult with the landlord... they don't care about the tenant's inconvenience at all... I think their refund policy needs to change.
