This is a new officetel located a 1-minute walk from Konkuk University Station on Line 2 and Line 7. Simple cooking utensils are provided. (Dishes are sterilized with hot water each time.) It's a duplex, so it's nice to have a separate bedroom. Blackout vertical blinds are installed, so you can sleep during the day. Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.

Contactless check-in and check-out. We will send you detailed instructions the day before check-in. An additional fee of 15,000 KRW per day will be charged for each additional person beyond the basic two. The maximum occupancy is three people. Additional charges may apply for excessive use of heating, cooling, or hot water. No smoking indoors. Towels are not provided.
Lotte Department Store and E-Mart are across the street. Konkuk University Food Alley is nearby. Transportation is convenient and amenities are readily available.
Electricity and gas bills are included in the basic management fee, but additional charges for excessive electricity and gas usage beyond the average management fee after check-out will be charged separately.
The house was incredibly neatly organized, and it was so, so comfortable and nice.
