This is a newly built, fully furnished apartment. Both the living room and bedrooms are warm and get plenty of sunlight. Previous guests have all been very satisfied with their stay here. Internet access is also set up. (Feel free to reach out with any questions! 😀) The base rate (290,000 KRW) applies for up to 3 people. For groups of 4 or more, there is an additional charge of 130,000 KRW per person per week. (Usage fee: 90,000 KRW + Maintenance/Cleaning fee: 40,000 KRW) Please feel free to send a message if you have any questions.
It is a 15-minute distance from Dongducheon Jungang Station.
Check-in is contactless. Once the booking is confirmed, you will automatically receive a message with check-in and usage instructions. Indoor smoking, pets, and bringing in your own furniture are strictly prohibited. Please take note of this. As this is a new apartment, please keep it clean and tidy. 😀 (Vacuum cleaner and towels provided; toilet paper and laundry detergent not provided) Since this is a short-term rental prior to the sale of the property, you may be asked to show the apartment if a real estate agent requests a viewing. ^^ Thank you for your cooperation. You will be charged for any damage to or soiling of property. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited! (An additional special cleaning fee of 400,000 KRW will be charged.)
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in cases of excessive electricity, gas, or water usage. (Billed upon check-out)
