Located in the heart of Ilsan, just a 5-minute walk from Jeongbalsan and Madu stations, this space offers both a convenient location and a stylish atmosphere. It is close to the Public Prosecutors' Office, CHA Hospital, and the entrance to Western Dom. Personally cleaned by the host, it is a spacious, pleasant space filled with natural light.
- It is very conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of Jeongbalsan Station. - It is a 7-minute walk to Madu Station; bus access is available via the Ilsan-dong-gu Office, and airport buses are available from Incheon Airport.
- Check-in is contactless. - You will receive a text message with check-in instructions once the booking is confirmed. - Indoor smoking and pets are prohibited. - Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00. (Please contact us separately if you need to adjust the times.)
- It is conveniently located near Lake Park, Cha Hospital, the Judicial Research and Training Institute, and MBC. - The building features amenities such as a convenience store and a café on the ground floor, and with numerous commercial facilities—including Western Dom, Lotte Department Store, and NewCore Outlet—located right across the street, it offers a very convenient living environment.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, if excessive use of electricity, water, or heating results in costs exceeding 100,000 KRW per week, an additional fee may be charged upon checkout.
It’s clean and spacious, and it’s great that everything you need is provided. It’s also convenient, with plenty of restaurants and a laundromat nearby!
I was truly satisfied with the guesthouse I stayed at during this trip. The accommodation was well-maintained and clean, and the bedding was spotless, allowing for a comfortable rest. Its convenient location made getting around easy, and the quiet atmosphere ensured a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great value for money, and I would love to stay there again if I visit the area in the future.
It’s a south-facing unit, so it’s bright and has a great view. It’s close to the lake park and has plenty of nearby amenities, making it very convenient. The place was spotless, and I had a really comfortable stay.
