Subway, McDonald's, Buckwheat restaurant 'Geujip', etc.) ▪︎ Nearby Seoul National University Bundang Hospital / 16 minutes (Migeum Station > 7-1 bus) Jesaeng Hospital (Seohyeon Station 2 minutes) ▪︎ It's great because Tancheon walking trail is right across the main road from the accommodation building, and it's close to Central Park.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If electricity and heating bills are excessively charged, additional charges may be incurred.
The location is really great. The manager resolved issues in real-time, and I was very satisfied with my four-week stay.
