- Contactless check-in, instructions provided on the morning of check-in - Check-in at 3 PM, check-out at 11 AM - During your stay, please handle cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and trash disposal (including recycling) yourself.
- If the interior items are contaminated/damaged, restoration/replacement costs will be incurred. - If noise from parties or other disturbances causes complaints from neighbors, a penalty of 100,000 KRW per case will be charged. - Smoking indoors, or raising/keeping pets will incur an additional weekly fee of 250,000 KRW and a cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW. - When checking out, please tidy up briefly and ensure no items are left behind.
- The management fee includes electricity, gas, water, internet, and cable TV. - However, if the combined cost of electricity, gas, and water exceeds 60,000 KRW, an additional charge may be applied later. (Excessive management fees may be incurred if you leave the boiler or air conditioner on while you are out.)
I had a very comfortable stay. It would be difficult to find a place of this size at this price point in the Gangnam area of Seoul. Having free access to a dryer was incredibly useful, especially during the rainy season. The place was well-cleaned, and I appreciated the variety of kitchenware provided. The balcony area was a major plus, offering a convenient spot to store my suitcase. The unit gets plenty of sunlight, so there was no musty feeling at all. Although it is a bit of a walk to the nearest subway station, there are bus stops within walking distance, making transfers and commuting hassle-free. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. I highly recommend this place whether you are looking for a short-term or long-term stay.
You really couldn't ask for a better place. It’s spacious and gets plenty of natural light, and the landlord keeps it impeccably clean and well-maintained—they even have trash bags ready for you!
