All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
It felt just as comfortable and relaxing as being at home. It was great for taking the kids on morning walks, and the proximity to all amenities, the subway, and buses made for a truly comfortable and enjoyable trip to Korea. I was very satisfied with the ground-floor location and the soundproofing and insect screens. I would definitely love to stay here again if I return to Korea!
The house was clean and perfectly suited for three families. It was also great that basic household essentials were provided.
