Jincheon Space is neither a studio apartment nor a motel; it is a residence specifically designed for medium- to long-term stays. · Structure — An entire detached house operated independently. · Cleanliness — We focus on sterilization, not just basic cleaning. We had zero incidents even during the nationwide bedbug outbreak. · Location — 3 minutes by car to Innovation City; close to large supermarkets, restaurant districts, and cafes. · Facilities — Kitchen, washing machine, tableware, storage, terrace garden, high-speed internet, TV, CCTV, and fire extinguishers on every floor. When choosing accommodation, you only need to check three things: environmental hygiene management, parking, and the check-in process. We have taken care of all three. Of course, you don't necessarily have to choose us.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, please note that additional charges may apply if usage exceeds normal limits, in order to discourage excessive consumption.
