This is a fully furnished apartment with an ocean view, built in 2020. Highly recommended for families, couples, or trips with parents. It is located at Yeongjin Beach, situated between Jumunjin Port and Sacheonjin Port. ♡ The beach is within a 5-minute walk or a 1–2 minute drive from the accommodation. It is a popular tourist destination known for the Yeongjin Beach café street and as a filming location for the hit drama *Guardian: The Lonely and Great God* (also known as *Goblin*).
It costs around the base taxi fare plus 1,000 won to get here from Jumunjin Terminal. It is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Cooking is permitted, but please refrain from preparing foods with strong odors, as well as meat and fish. Pets are not allowed. Minors cannot stay without a guardian. Violations may result in forced eviction without a refund. We are not liable for accidents or loss of valuables caused by guest negligence.
We use a contactless self check-in system. The unit is a "1.5-room" layout (studio with a separate bedroom area); the standard occupancy is 2 people, with a maximum of 3. (For any additional person beyond the standard occupancy, there is a fee of 100,000 KRW per person per week, payable on-site.) As this is a long-term rental, consumables and household supplies are not provided; please purchase them separately. Feel free to contact us! Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a text message 3 days prior to your check-in date with details about the accommodation and a list of recommended local restaurants.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
