- If traveling by car, please search for "Hermen House" or "85 Pyeonghwa-ro" in your navigation system. - If using public transportation, take bus No. 151 from Jeju Airport, get off at the [Boseong Elementary School] stop, and it is a 10-minute walk from there.
- Upon check-in, you will be accompanied by an assigned staff member to review pre-check-in guidelines and room amenities, and to take meter readings for utility payments. - Check-in is permitted after signing the contract and paying the management fee (125,000 KRW per week) directly to the host. - Upon check-out, you will be accompanied by an assigned staff member to conduct a check-out inspection and take meter readings for the settlement of the security deposit and utility charges.

- A maintenance deposit (125,000 KRW per week) is payable upon check-in; the balance is refunded upon check-out after deducting utility charges (electricity, gas, water) and the post-stay cleaning fee. Please note that any excess costs must be paid additionally. - The post-stay cleaning fee is 70,000 KRW for a 40-pyeong unit (an additional 30,000 KRW applies if accompanied by a dog). - As the deposit may be subject to a partial refund upon final settlement, payment in cash is required.
