This room is ready to welcome new guests after recent renovations. The city center, Movie Street, CGV, and Gyeoksa are all located within a 5-minute walk. The room is cozy and compact, making it ideal for solo travelers or trips with friends.
- Please use the paid parking lot in front of the building. - Located downtown, it has a great location with most places such as CGV, Gaecknidan-gil, and Gaecksa within a 5-minute walk.
- Move-in will be conducted remotely. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. - Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed.
- It has been thoroughly cleaned so you can use it immediately after moving in.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, an additional management fee may be requested.
There was a cigarette smell, whether from the next room or somewhere else. The bathroom is small. The location is good, and I liked that they provided plenty of towels. I was surprised to receive a call from the security office regarding a parking issue. Other than that, everything was great! I had a good rest.

It’s clean and the location is fantastic! But... the hot water runs out after 10 minutes, the drains get clogged, there’s no Wi-Fi... and you can't even sit properly on the toilet... 😱 I think it's suitable for just a one-night stay.
