I made every effort to accommodate the guest from the very first day, such as allowing an early check-in upon their request. However, they repeatedly raised complaints about even minor issues immediately after arrival and contacted me multiple times a dayโoften late into the nightโthroughout their stay. Although I diligently answered every inquiry and took immediate action whenever possible, I felt little to no consideration for the host's operational circumstances. I believe reviews are a space for sharing objective experiences to help future hosts decide whether to accept a booking. Dealing with this guest was highly burdensome, as the interaction involved frequent contact and one-sided demands rather than mutual consideration. A host is not an automated response system capable of providing instant, 24-hour service. If a guest expects constant communication and detailed demands that go beyond standard expectations, a hotel with a 24-hour front desk and dedicated customer service staff would likely be a more suitable choice. I hope other hosts take this into account.
