It's a 1-minute walk to the bus stop. The bus stop is right in front of the building. It's convenient for taking buses such as the 405, 400, and 402, which go to Cheonan Terminal, Cheonan Medical Center, Korea University of Technology and Education (Koreatech), and the Yu Gwan-sun Historic Site.
Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. You can come and see it, and pay with the Samsam M2 app!!! There is an elevator, and the laundry room has 3 washing machines and 1 dryer. We plan to buy one more dryer depending on the situation. There is a 32-inch TV, so you can end your day by watching entertainment shows or dramas in the evening. The parking lot is 200 pyeong, and trucks over 5 tons can also park.
Koreatech Korea University of Technology and Education is nearby, and it's an 8-minute drive. University and graduate students are also welcome.
