🩵 We manage the entire building and are on-site, so we will do our best to ensure you have a comfortable stay.☺️ 🏡 Located right in front of a school, the neighborhood is quiet and well-monitored by CCTV. You are also free to use the school's sports field, which is open daily.🪺 🏪 CU and Emart24 convenience stores are just a 1–3 minute walk away. 🏞️ A walking trail (Prehistoric Site) is a 3–5 minute walk away.
🤎 A 3–5 minute walk to Amsa History Park Station (Line 8) and the Prehistoric Site. 💚 A 3-minute walk leads to the Amsa Green Path, which connects to the Han River! 🤎 10–15 minutes to Lotte World, Seokchon Lake, Jamsil Sports Complex, Olympic Park, etc. 🤎 20–30 minutes to Konkuk University, Seoul Children's Grand Park, and SRT Suseo Station!
🤎 For the comfort of everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire space and inside the building. 🤎 We sanitize all areas using eco-friendly methods; bedding is washed and then sun-dried on the rooftop on clear days for a secondary natural disinfection. 🤎 Please notify us immediately if any provided items are damaged so we can assist you. Please handle everything with care, as you will be responsible for repair or replacement costs in the event of damage or appliance failure. :-)
🤍Standard occupancy is 2 adults (maximum 4 people); unlike for adults, extra bedding for preschool-aged children is provided only when there are two or more children. 🤍All beds provided (including extra bedding) are SLOU BEDs, as used by Lee Hyo-ri. 🤍Free Wi-Fi and a projector with built-in OTT services (such as YouTube and Netflix) are provided.
There are absolutely no additional utility charges (such as electricity or water) or settlement fees upon check-out.

I used it comfortably and was very satisfied.
It was very convenient to have designated parking. I spent 3 weeks comfortably with my child, and I had a good stay thanks to the convenience and consideration.
