A vintage-style room located just a 5-minute walk from Gangnam Station. It is situated right next to AB Plastic Surgery (a 1-minute walk away). You can extend your stay by a few days after the initial contract, so please feel free to inquire. It offers a comfortable atmosphere suitable for either a short-term stay or use as an office. - Tax invoices are issued for the rent and cleaning fees (excluding management fees and the security deposit). Equipped with a projector, so you can watch movies or play music at high volume (even at night). High-end Klipsch speakers. There is no kitchen, but the location is convenient with plenty of nearby food delivery options, cafes, and restaurants. Extensions of a few days are possible, so please inquire.

This accommodation was truly charming, featuring an interior with a lovely vintage vibe. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, making my stay feel truly relaxing. Despite its prime location right in the heart of Gangnam Station, the interior was quiet and free from outside noise, allowing me to rest peacefully. I was thoroughly satisfied with the location, ambiance, and comfort, and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Gangnam in the future. Highly recommended!
