I am currently staying abroad, so I have put the house up for short-term rental. Therefore, most of the things you need for daily life are already provided. * Note - The house has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. I have stored my belongings in one room and am renting out the remaining space for short-term use. Some of the cabinets contain personal items. All areas except for one room are available for use.
- Located in a super-station area - 6-7 minutes' walk from Migeum Station on the Suin-Bundang Line and Shinbundang Line - Many bus routes to Seoul, Yongin, and other areas
- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in after 3 PM, check-out before 11 AM * There may be changes to the available reservation period. * In case of an urgent situation, my family can assist you.
- Pets are strictly prohibited. If a child has allergies, special cleaning & allergy disinfection fees will be charged in case of violation. - Smoking (including on the balcony and e-cigarettes) and parties are prohibited (special cleaning fees will be charged). - The base price is for a family of 3, and up to 4 people are allowed; 1 single bed, 1 double bed (bedding, blankets, and pillows are provided for 3 people only). - If there are more than 4 people, an additional 5,000 KRW per person per day will be charged. - This is a quiet apartment complex on the 1st floor, so it's great for staying with children without worrying about noise between floors. - However, due to its 1st-floor location, it tends to be relatively humid, cooler, and small insects may appear. Ventilation, air conditioning, and dehumidifiers are needed for management. - There is no problem showering in the bathtub, but filling it with water is difficult due to the possibility of underground leaks. - The complex is located near Bundang Tancheon, where you can take walks, and there are cafes, supermarkets, laundromats, restaurants, banks, hospitals, beauty salons, libraries, and other convenient facilities. - Available for use by Bundang Seoul National University Hospital, for travel, temporary residence, business trips, etc. - Compensation for damages may be charged in case of damage or contamination (be careful with hair dye). - Consumables are not provided (towels, toiletries, toilet paper, etc. are not provided). - No move-in registration is possible. Short-term residential rentals are tax-exempt, and tax office reporting for usage fees is not possible.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - Additional charges will be applied for excessive use of electricity/gas/heating/water. (Checked upon check-out)
I had a great stay. It feels just like a real home and is well-equipped with all the necessary furniture and appliances. Although the host is overseas and responses might be slightly delayed at times, they are very attentive and thorough in their replies. Being on the ground floor means there are a few bugs, but it also makes things quite convenient.
