It takes 5 minutes to walk from Nambu Bus Terminal Station, and 3 minutes to the bus stop.
Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a text message with information about moving in and using the facilities.
- The Seoul Arts Center and Mt. Umyeon are 6 minutes away. - Seoul St. Mary's Hospital is a 3-minute drive away, and Samsung Medical Center is 18 minutes away by subway. - Seoul National University of Education is 4 minutes away.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
Living in Seoul was a fantastic experience, thanks to the excellent location and the abundance of great restaurants and cafes.

Despite the 60,000 won cleaning fee, there was dust on the floor and a water bottle under the bed upon arrival, and the inside of the microwave was extremely dirty. The refrigerator makes a very loud noise while running. It is difficult to get in touch with the host quickly. The location, the two beds, the TV, and the ample supply of toilet paper are all positives.
I apologize. I will ensure better management of the cleaning staff. It seems there was an issue with noise from the refrigerator, even though I had purchased a new one in March.
It was great staying here.
