-Remodeled in August 2024, the interior is very neat and clean. -Accommodation location: Palma-ro 6 [3rd floor of the entrance of Gippeumdongsan Church (yellow door)] -Free parking is available. -No surrounding noise and quiet. -Washing machine/dryer/air conditioner/refrigerator/water purifier/TV/bed, etc. It is a fully furnished house.
50m in front of the former Gunsan Commercial High School (now Sangil High School)
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. (Fines and other claims for damages may be incurred.) - Pets are allowed. (*Please maintain cleanliness for the next guests.)
-If the property is damaged or contaminated, you will be charged for the cost of damages. -The property is cleaned thoroughly and can be used immediately after moving in.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I had a wonderful stay. It was incredibly clean, and you could really see the care put into every detail; I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here to others as well! ^^

This is my second time staying here. I had a very comfortable rest. It's great having a parking lot right next door. It's clean and cozy.
