Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. A manager will personally guide you through the move-in process for your convenience (available during business hours). Contactless move-in is also available. Please note that indoor smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. (A cleaning fee of 500,000 KRW will be charged for violations.) A separate security deposit of 1,000,000 KRW is required.

It is close to Osan Station, and the surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities. Being near the station meant there were plenty of dining options, making daily life very convenient! I had a great stay for the month.
