This is an open-plan studio in a detached house on a dead-end street. The landlord lives on the second floor. It's within a 10-minute walk from Oryu-dong Station. It's near Oryu IC. Accessibility is good, and it's quiet as it's located within a residential area. There's a supermarket within a 1-minute walk, and the door lock, air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, bed, gas stove, wallpaper, flooring, bathroom door, and exterior wall paint are all new.

No smoking indoors. Contactless check-in.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
This was a nice place to stay. It is located in a quiet residential area with quick access to buses and the subway. The place was clean upon arrival, and the landlord responded promptly to my questions and requests. Thank you for a comfortable stay.
It's a bit small, but I think it's a good place for a short stay.
