The building houses a study café, Sulbing, a self-service photo studio, and various restaurants across floors 1 through 4. Within a 1–2 minute walk, you can access various franchise restaurants, a movie theater, E-Mart, hospitals, banks, convenience stores, and cultural/entertainment facilities. (E-Mart, Severance Hospital, banks, convenience stores, Geneve Shopping Mall, Daiso, Starbucks, Holly's Coffee, A Twosome Place, Paik's Coffee, Mega Coffee, Compose Coffee, Isaac Toast, Burger King, Lotteria, Cheongnyeon Dabang, Olive Young, etc.) I highly recommend the cafés along the lake park walking trail right next to the building.

The living environment was excellent. Thanks to the duplex layout, the separation of living and sleeping areas made the space feel roomy and comfortable. For parking, I used the nearby E-Mart lot. With so many massage shops nearby, every day was a healing experience.
It was quiet and clean compared to the surrounding commercial area, so I had a pleasant stay.
Its location near the office made daily life convenient. I had a pleasant stay and am now returning home.
