👉 Operating a short-term rental without the landlord's consent is illegal, so only register homes that you own or have received sublease consent from the landlord on 33M2. 👉 33M2 is a rental business, not an accommodation business, so we do not provide personal hygiene products or disposable items. 👉 The cleaning fee includes the cost of bedding rental. If you do not want bedding, please let us know in advance and we will not provide it. (10,000 KRW rental fee will be deducted) 👉 You must compensate for any damage, malfunction, defacement, or contamination that occurs during the period of use. 👉 If the sanitary condition upon check-out exceeds the general level, the cost of a professional cleaning service will be charged (minimum 150,000 KRW or more depending on the condition).
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I had a pleasant stay.
I booked this place because I needed somewhere to stay for about two weeks while my home was undergoing interior renovations. It was fully equipped with almost everything I needed, making my short-term stay very comfortable! The location is right in front of Juyeop Station and the area felt safe, so I had a really pleasant stay. ^_^
The transportation from Juyeop Station is very convenient. The room is clean and quiet, and thanks to the kind landlord, I felt as comfortable as if I were in my own home. I'll visit again if I have the chance~^^
