Bookings for the first half are fully booked; we are now accepting reservations for the second half on a limited, first-come, first-served basis (please refrain from booking if traveling with young children who are sensitive to noise or new environments 🙏). ♡Sofa-bed available (bedding not included). ♡Spacious studio layout featuring a newly installed air conditioner and water heater. ♡Newly added beanbag chair and floor mats for children inside 👍 ♡Relax to the sounds of nature while enjoying the cool air-conditioned space. ♡Check-in is contactless. ♡Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions (bedding can be provided separately if needed). ♡ Smoking and the use of fire-hazardous items are prohibited indoors. ♡ Enjoy your stay with the newly installed air conditioner and water heater! 👍 ♡ Actual interiors may differ slightly from the photos. ♡ An additional fee of 50,000 KRW applies for bringing pets. [Only small pets under 10kg allowed!] Separate cleaning fee applies. ♡ Individual heating/cooling units are available for use (city gas heating is not used). We have also newly provided individual electric heating pads for guests who prefer extra warmth. ~~ ♡ We switched from a central HVAC system to individual units in the second half of 2025; we are working hard to address any shortcomings, so please feel free to contact us. ^^ ♡ Please refrain from using the unit as staff accommodation or in cases where the person booking differs from the actual occupant. 🙏 (Example: Jan 2026 booking by Mr. No*Hyun where the actual user (staff) was not properly informed on how to use the facilities.)

All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage. All management fees are billed separately upon check-out.
It was great being close to Myeonghak Station and the bus stop. The building and the room were both clean, and I had a comfortable stay without any issues. I really enjoyed my month-long stay. Thank you.
