(Please inform us in advance when booking) - General waste, recycling, and food waste disposal are on the 1st floor. ⚠️Precautions⚠️ - No move-in registration is allowed. - No pets allowed, no indoor smoking (charges will apply if confirmed). - As this is a residential building, please refrain from making loud noises. - We are not responsible for clothing damage caused by using the washing machine or dryer. - You will be held responsible for any damage, contamination, or loss of items.

It is more spacious, clean, and pleasant than I expected. The host is very kind. I had a comfortable stay over a period of three weeks—quite a long time.
