There are wardrobes, desks, refrigerators, sinks, etc. Just bring your bedding^^ There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it's a good place to live, and it's only a 1-minute walk from Myongji University Station, so the transportation is the best!! Near the Myongji University and Yongin University shuttle bus stop Young people these days decorate their rooms to their own taste and we allow everything except tearing down walls. If you have any other inconveniences, I live nearby so I'll take care of them right away^^
1 minute from Myeongji University Station on the light rail There are many express buses to Seoul at the bus stop, which is a 5-minute walk away~ Jongno, Seoul Station, Gwanghwamun, Gangnam Station, and Sinnonhyeon Station are all accessible!!! For students of Yongin University and Myeongji University, the shuttle bus stop is near the building. Also, if you have a car, there is a free parking lot behind the building. Please note this. ^^
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the rooftop for exercise. The room has been thoroughly cleaned, including the window frames and air conditioner filters. We are looking for guests who will keep it clean. 👍 👍 👍 The main entrance to the building is located off a main road, so many female guests make reservations. Convenient facilities such as a theater, fitness center, Daiso, convenience store, Lotte Mart, and Mega Coffee are nearby for your convenience.
There are many people exercising in front of Gyeongancheon, so it's good for taking a walk. When you open the window, you won't feel stuffy because it's not another building. It's a wide-open view of Gyeongancheon.^^ It's really pretty when the flowers bloom!!! There's 1 room left~ Contact me quickly^^
All management fees are included in the rent. Gas, water, electricity, internet, TV, recycling center operating costs, food waste disposal fees, etc. are all included in the rent.
I had a comfortable stay during my three weeks here. It was also great being able to exercise along the stream right next to the place.
