- It is right in front of Exit 2 of Campus Town Station and is a 5-minute walk away. - You can take bus 6405 to Gangnam from the bus stop in front of the house. - You can take bus 330 to Incheon Airport from Campus Town Station.
- Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.
- It is cleaned thoroughly and can be used immediately after moving in. - After the contract expires, please separate and dispose of trash and do basic tidying. - In case of damage or theft of facilities or equipment, you must compensate based on the original purchase price. - We are not responsible for accidents caused by the guest's negligence. - If you see the room and want to rent it, you can see it when it is vacant.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If you use excessive electricity and water, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out.
The accommodation was spotless, and the location was excellent. Having a subway station right out front and easy access to various bus routes made my four-week stay very comfortable. The nearby commercial area had everything—restaurants, clinics, cafes, pharmacies, and convenience stores—and the neighborhood felt safe to walk around at night. I had a wonderful stay over the past four weeks.

Communication with the host was quick and friendly, so I experienced no issues during my stay. The actual accommodation looked almost exactly like the photos, and the cleanliness made for a comfortable stay.
The surrounding area was pleasant, and the house was clean, making for a comfortable stay. There was ample parking, and the subway station was right next door, making transportation very convenient. I also appreciated the host's thoughtfulness, such as having trash bags ready in advance. It was a perfect place for a short-term stay. I really enjoyed my time here. Thank you.
