This is a newly built building that was completed at the end of last year.^^ Since we haven't had any tenants until now, most of the furniture and products are brand new.😊 We've tried hard to decorate it neatly, and for the time being, we plan to rent it out at a low price for promotional purposes.^^ The bedding is hotel-quality and neatly prepared, and the TV is a brand new Samtan Byme that we recently purchased. You can enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee while taking in the wide-open view.
Unjeong Station is connected by a bridge on the 3rd floor of the officetel, so you can go to the station without going outside the building! (Within a 5-minute walk to Unjeong Station, 30 minutes to Hongik University Station) The bus stop is on the main road right in front of the building.
Check-in is contactless, and a confirmation text will be sent upon reservation confirmation. A text with reference information and precautions will be sent one day before check-in. ^^ As this is not a lodging business, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. are not provided.
There is a convenience store within 10 seconds of the building, and Unjeong Lake Park is within a 3-minute walk, making it easy to enjoy a stroll. ^^ The 4th floor has a rooftop garden where you can enjoy the breeze. Go out for a refreshing break when you need one. :) There are many restaurants nearby. Come and make good memories. 😀 *You may be charged for any damage or contamination to the property.
All management fees are included, but additional management fees may be requested if the included items are used excessively.
I stayed here on a short-term rental for about three weeks while my place was undergoing interior renovations. Although it was a fairly long period, I stayed comfortably without any major issues. The space was well-maintained and fully equipped with necessary amenities, making it an excellent temporary home. The location was also convenient, so getting around and daily living were hassle-free. Thanks to this place, I had a comfortable stay during the renovation period. Thank you!
