The landlord doesn't maintain the place at all; the air conditioner filter was filthy, and I saw cockroaches multiple times. Considering the cost—230,000 won a week is not a small amount—it would be much wiser to just stay at a nearby motel. It was truly dirty, and honestly, there were just so many cockroaches.

We humbly accept your valuable feedback. We immediately inspected the air conditioner filter in your room, cleaned it thoroughly, and replaced it. Regarding the pest issue, as the room is located on the second floor next to trees, the pest control service indicated that insects likely entered from outside; consequently, we have engaged a professional pest control company to carry out a comprehensive treatment. We deeply regret falling short of our fundamental duty to provide a pleasant environment for our guests. Moving forward, we will conduct more rigorous inspections prior to guest check-in and do our utmost to ensure such issues do not recur. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
