Located on the top floor (4th), there is no noise between floors, and it offers a breathtaking, unobstructed view in all directions. The bed smelled like it was rotting, there was mold in the bathroom, and the living room flooring was coming apart—my toes would get caught in the gaps. There was a serious bug problem, and opening the window meant dealing with traffic noise. There wasn't a single cleaning tool provided, and I deeply regretted moving in. I wish the SamSamM2 team would personally inspect the actual properties before listing them on the site.
