The unit shown in the first photo is a loft-style apartment featuring a spacious living room and a cozy loft bedroom. It is more than 1.5 times larger than the smaller units with similar layouts in the same building; in fact, there are very few units of this size, and the smaller ones are extremely cramped. Located in a newly built, high-rise complex, this unit boasts a loft design with a ceiling height of 4 meters. It is a south-facing unit with a total area of 11 pyeong (approx. 36 sq. m.), comprising 6.8 pyeong of main floor space plus 5 pyeong of loft and balcony space. It is a premium, large-sized unit situated on a desirable floor within the building. It has successfully accommodated a party of five people. Basic tableware, camping cookware, detergents, and bedding are provided.
The location features the unique geography of Bandalseom Island. Bus No. 500, which turns around at Gojan Station, is available. Free parking is provided.
Smoking is prohibited; a cleaning fee will be charged for violations. For inquiries regarding usage, please call 010-2800-0880. All items, including bedding, are laundered prior to your arrival to ensure a comfortable sleep and pleasant stay. If you wish to extend your stay by adding days before or after your scheduled dates, the rate is 37,000 KRW per day, including maintenance fees. A special cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if pets are brought along. Additionally, costs for any damaged items (excluding normal wear and tear of consumables) will be billed separately, so we kindly ask that you use the facilities with care. ^^ We recommend using a private vehicle rather than public transportation.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, a Segway Ninebot, 20–30 types of board games, a capsule coffee machine, a Nintendo Switch, a stick-type game console, a Smart TV for the loft bedroom, and a projector. Out of the 980 total units at Lagoon Central Stay, only about 200 are large, south-facing units; most units available for short-term stays are quite small. Unit 22XX is a "Royal Floor" unit situated on the 22nd floor of the 23-story Lagoon Central Stay building. Thanks to its loft-style layout, it is equivalent in height to the 34th floor of a standard building. It ranks within the top 10 units in the entire complex. It faces south, receiving sunlight all day long, and offers a refreshing view of the Dinosaur Egg Fossil Site plains and Lake Sihwa from the balcony. During the day, you can head up just two floors to the observation deck, where the open views in all directions provide a truly healing experience. There are plenty of places to explore within a 20-minute drive, including Daebudo Island, Geobukseom Island, Oido, the Dinosaur Egg Fossil Site, Lake Sihwa, and Songdo. With numerous convenience facilities nearby, daily life here is very comfortable. A stroll around Bandalseom Island is an added bonus! ^^
Electricity, gas, heating, water, internet, and parking are included. However, if usage is excessive, additional charges will apply. Under the post-payment system for utility fees, the monthly cost is typically around 300,000 KRW, but can exceed 400,000 KRW depending on usage.
