Check-in is contactless, and we will provide instructions on how to access the property. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. As this is a short-term rental, items such as toilet paper, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and trash bags are not provided. Upon check-out, please remove all food waste, general trash, and personal belongings.

This is the house I stayed in during my vacation. First of all, the house was very clean, and it was so convenient because all the furniture, electronics, and household items were prepared for comfortable living. Also, since the apartment complex is large, the landscaping within the complex is well-maintained, so just taking a walk within the complex was good exercise. My child attended an academy in the Okgil Commercial District, and it was convenient because the bus stop was right in front of the apartment. It was also very convenient to go to Seoul (Hongdae, Sindorim, Yeouido, etc.) because there were buses 10 and 5200. The host was always quick to respond, which was great. This is a place I would like to stay again if I come back to Korea. Thank you, host! I hope to see you again next time.
I had a good stay. The advantages are convenient transportation and a clean house. The underground parking lot is convenient. I used it in winter, and it was warm, and GS25 is in the apartment complex, which was very convenient. There are village buses to Sosaeul Station, Yeokgok Station, and Onsu Station, which is convenient, and it is also convenient to use the Seoul Outer Ring Expressway. There are many kids' cafes in nearby Okgil-dong, so my child had fun playing. Communication with the owner was also easy. They came and unclogged the toilet twice. The disadvantage is that the toilet near the entrance often gets clogged, so please use the toilet in the master bedroom for bowel movements. There are also many signs of burnt pots, so if you plan to cook, I recommend bringing your own pots. The room near the entrance does not have blackout curtains.
