Please pay special attention to this, as young children could be injured while playing. 2) The dining table features hydraulic legs; do not attempt to lift and move the table, as doing so may bend or damage the legs. 3) You will be charged for the actual cost of any other damages or lost items. * As this rental is not a commercial lodging business, we do not provide hospitality services or amenities (such as breakfast, laundry service, valet parking, food and beverages, toilet paper, toothpaste/toothbrushes, towels, etc.).

This space is much larger and far superior. - Quieter, better maintained, and offers better security than standard officetels. - Much more affordable than one-room loft officetels when comparing square footage, number of rooms, and the size of the living room and kitchen. - As this is an apartment rather than an officetel, it is relatively quieter and safer. It is also cleaner due to excellent maintenance, and parking is more convenient as there are no mechanical parking systems. - Excellent location, making it ideal for those visiting Daegu on business. - Refrigerator and freezer settings can be adjusted via the control panel located at the top inside the refrigerator. (Note: The freezer is located at the top.) - Newly installed large-capacity washing machine and dryer; most other places do not provide a dryer. - One parking space is provided free of charge; please inquire regarding additional parking. * Lease extensions are available on a daily basis rather than just weekly; please inquire for details. !No smoking indoors! Actual costs for restoration will be charged in the event of significant soiling or damage. !Monthly rates vary! * Personal items such as towels and toothbrushes are not provided.
- Electricity, gas, and water charges will be billed separately based on actual usage. - Under the lease agreement, you are obligated to restore the premises to their original condition upon move-out in the event of malfunctions, damage, or significant soiling. - Post-move-out billing for restoration or related costs: 1) Malfunctions and damage (floor dents, clogged toilets, other mechanical failures, etc.) 2) Soiling (contamination caused by pets or smoking, etc.; specifically, if odors from smoking have permeated the premises, restoration via specialized cleaning will be required)
It was clean, and the location and view were great. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend this place.
I needed a place to stay while my home was being renovated, and after looking around, I chose this place because I liked it the best! The place is incredibly clean and boasts a fantastic view. Watching the 83 Tower fireworks festival felt like a wonderful weekend gift. Transportation is convenient, and best of all, it’s within easy walking distance of Seomun Market, so I visited often! ^^ The host was extremely kind; they responded quickly to my inquiries and resolved any issues right away. I had a comfortable three-week stay. Thank you! ^^
