I am offering the place for short-term rental for the first time, as I will be away for the summer. I am looking for a tenant who will keep the noise level down. Visitor parking is available, but long-term parking is not possible. Although the unit originally has three bedrooms, one is currently being used for storage. My family lives within the complex, so we can promptly address any inquiries or issues. The cleaning fee will be refunded if the unit is cleaned and returned to its original condition upon checkout.
It is a three-minute walk from Sangdo Station (Line 7), and a local bus bound for Noryangjin runs frequently right in front of the complex.
Additional management fees may be charged if included items are used excessively.

I felt truly at home during my visit to Korea. This was an exceptional accommodation—a perfect 100 out of 100, or even better. Above all, I was deeply touched by the host's thoughtfulness from day one. They had bottled water delivered before we arrived and neatly prepared brand-new bath amenities. I am truly grateful for the attentive care and consideration shown throughout our stay. The location and transportation links were fantastic. It offered excellent access to Gangnam and plenty of nearby shopping options. Plus, with Subway Line 7 right in front and local buses connecting directly to Lines 1 and 9, getting anywhere in Seoul was incredibly convenient. I was also thoroughly satisfied with the interior space. As a spacious apartment, the living room felt open and airy, and having two bathrooms made the stay comfortable and hassle-free for my family. The apartment complex featured beautiful landscaping perfect for a casual stroll, and the surrounding area was well-equipped with amenities, ensuring a completely comfortable stay. If I visit Korea again, I will definitely stay here. I sincerely thank the host for helping create wonderful memories and highly recommend this place to others!
