While the unit itself was clean and newly built, the experience was highly inconvenient due to extensive interior renovation work throughout the building—contrary to what had been promised—which created an environment that was dirty and unsafe for children from the moment we arrived until we left. Although the location offered good transportation access, the entrance was situated in a back alley; this meant frequently encountering staff and patrons from nearby nightlife establishments, and we often witnessed situations that were unpleasant to see while accompanied by children.
It was clean and very convenient. I had a great stay.
