I was worried because of some negative reviews, but the host kindly recommended great restaurants and tourist spots in Busan. The place was clean, the water pressure was good, and the Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly; I didn't experience any of the inconveniences mentioned in previous reviews. You really don't need to worry! ^^

I had high hopes for this accommodation, but I was taken aback by how different the actual room was from the photos. The room was poorly maintained, and the host's responses were frustrating. While I might have put up with the inconvenience for a day or two, I strongly advise anyone looking for a long-term stay—like I was—to choose a place with at least 10 reviews. ✔️ Pros - Prime location for sightseeing, just a 2-minute walk from Gwangan Bridge. - An on-site building manager ensures facilities like the recycling area are well-maintained. - Pet-friendly. ✔️ Cons - The room condition differed drastically from the photos; the facilities were generally worn out, with scratched flooring and loose bathroom tiles. The wallpaper was yellowed and stained. - Poor cleanliness: the fridge contained leftover food from the previous guest, the bathroom drain was clogged, and there was hair and dust on the floor. Despite paying a cleaning fee, I had to do a deep clean myself upon arrival. - Bedding differed from the photos. Only a very thin cover was provided; the pillow had a large stain, and there was sand in the bedding. Even after using a lint roller, the sheets felt gritty, so I ended up using my own blanket. - When I contacted the host about the stains and cleanliness, the response was dismissive: they claimed they weren't a professional laundry service and couldn't remove stains from white bedding every time. They also admitted to forgetting to clear the fridge and stated they couldn't check every single cabinet for used towels or trash left behind. - I needed to work from the accommodation, but the Wi-Fi kept malfunctioning. I didn't want to deal with the host, so I went to a nearby café to work instead. - It’s a duplex, but the bedroom area has zero soundproofing; you can hear neighbors walking up the stairs or lying down in bed as if they were right next to you. - High usage and slow elevators; plus, there was no air conditioning in the elevator during a record-breaking heatwave. Getting on at the 15th floor and stopping at every single floor triggered hyperventilation—something I’d never experienced before. - The combination of slow elevators and a tower parking system means that leaving the building during peak arrival or departure times can take up to 30 minutes.
