The place is clean and well-equipped with various appliances. The host is kind and actively ensures the guests' comfort. As the unit faces north and the window next to the bed overlooks an outdoor park, it can feel quite chilly—or even freezing—but thanks to the dehumidifier, electric mattress pad, and heating system, I was able to stay comfortably. A minor inconvenience is that the unit is tucked away in a corner of the hallway, so delivery drivers sometimes have trouble finding it and need to call. I had struggled to find a place for a short-term stay of about two months in Dong-gu, Ulsan, but thanks to finding this room, I had a great stay.
