I moved in here urgently due to flood damage, but I had a wonderful stay. The landlord was incredibly kind—treating me like family—so I was able to rest comfortably without any issues. The facilities were clean and parking was plentiful, making the experience completely hassle-free. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises. I needed a place to stay for an extended period while my belongings were in storage, so I booked this accommodation through SamsamM2. First of all, the location was excellent. IKEA, Lotte Mall, and Costco were right nearby—just a five-minute walk away—so I visited them frequently. The room was spotless, and the inclusion of a dressing room allowed me to unpack and organize my clothes from my suitcase; it felt more like living in a two-room apartment than a studio. ^^ There were also plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, which I visited often.

I’ve spotted cockroaches three times. The door lock itself malfunctions, making it impossible to open or close with just one hand. The keypad for the main entrance often fails to register the code, so I frequently have to press it five or six times just to get in.
The location was great, and the interior design was lovely. Everyone was so kind, making my stay very comfortable.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Seochon that can comfortably host a group. Above all, having three bedrooms provided plenty of space for families or friends to stay together, allowing everyone to rest comfortably. The villa itself was clean and well-equipped for a convenient stay, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The location in Seochon was a major highlight. It was fun exploring the alleys to find great restaurants and cafes, and the proximity to major Seoul landmarks like Gyeongbokgung Palace and Gwanghwamun made it an ideal spot to fully enjoy the city. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax quietly while soaking up the atmosphere of Seochon, or to families and groups looking for a place to stay together. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Seochon in the future!

Since it is an apartment, it felt safe and comfortable for a woman traveling alone. The security and management staff were friendly and greeted me whenever I came and went; I had a very comfortable stay, much like at a hotel. It was a shame that it rained for more than half the time, but the beautiful view from the window offered some consolation. It’s great if you have your own car, but it’s also convenient for those without one, as you can easily use city buses. There is a convenience store and a lovely coffee shop in the building, and the nearby lighthouse makes for a nice walk. I would love to stay here again. Thank you.
